It goes to Mario’s phone, not a ticket queue. Weekdays he reads it between jobs; after hours it waits for him and he follows up first thing.
We call you back with a time. If the system is down, say so in the message and call as well, so it is on the day’s board sooner.
The price goes on paper first. Diagnosis, then a written number you approve before any work starts. The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice.

Where we start the day
Two home bases, no showroom.
The vans, parts and office crew work out of Forney and Switzer Ave in East Dallas. Every job happens at your house, so there is nothing to visit; whichever base is closer takes the call, and the price is the same from either.
